Nice experience. Nice cold AC . Staff helpful. Friendly. Rates are less than nearby hostel. Except you get own bedroom and bathroom. Have washer and dryer on premises, breakfast served. Always negotiate taxi fares and get price before getting in car. Hotel off the main drag. 711 about 10 minute walk. Police station nearby. I felt safe walking down street. Safer than major USA cities. Respect The Kingdom of Thailand laws, culture and customs as you are a guest in their country.

Super convenient location, right next to the airport. The AC was nice and cold, the beds were comfy and they provided a locker with a key. The front desk receptionists were helpful both times, once when I arrived past midnight because of a late flight, and once again when I was leaving and had no idea how to get to the center of town. If you land late into Bangkok and don't want to worry about figuring too much out too soon, would recommend. Also, since it was so far from the center of town, I got to practice using the mini buses, trains, subways, and taxis all in one day!

Service was ok. Staff can speak English. Cheap also so don't expect more than that. Don't expect toiletries. You have to rent a towel for 50 baht. But it's cheap and close to the airport so all in all, it's fine...

No soap in toilet. Instead lady at the reception says it's business and soap costs 55 THB (to compare, a cab to airport = 70 and a meal in ladkrabang 50 xD). Shower cold even though new nice and clean facilities. Why? Same reason $. Ants on the wall and pillow was okay for me. But the loud airplane noise will force you to stuff your ears. Garden is nice, breakfast sandwich good and location bit off but close to the airport = 2 stars.
