Arrived at 10pm. Front desk staff were rude and talking to one another in their language and laughing. Room smells like poo - not to sure if its coming from the outside/inside or AC. The hotel is located down a dark alley way so you wouldn't even want to walk out of the hotel to explore the area. The man that helped with our luggage was the only good experience we had. They demand payment on arrival, the room is small and they don't even provide - coffee, tea or toilet paper. Lucky we had baby wipes from our travels through ko lanta. We have stayed in cheaper places and had 10/10 stay! The balcony is for the A/C unit, so they shouldn't even mention a balcony. Service- 3 stars for the man that helped with the luggage. Paid for our 2 night stay and moving to another hotel for our last night in Thailand.

I booked 3 rooms to rest before our trip to Brazil. Bew the front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful.This hotel is good hotel specially before your flight it’s only 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport and also have a shuttle to the airport.

I booked a room with a balcony and a garden view. But there was no balcony, nor a garden view. I'm not sure why the hotel is called a resort. I didn't see any resort. Just a hotel and a restaurant.

The photos are decidedly different to what you may imagine as being a modern hotel. Far from it this place is falling apart at the seams and is very much all over the place with a owner that needs to tidy this place up. The room whilst has modern fittings and a comfortable big bed has a shoe cupboard wet room for shower facilities with water everywhere after you shower. It feels in the middle of nowhere, not close to any shops or restaurants. The only good thing really is the efficient shuttle service.
