Elegant hotel in a modern Japanese style. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a minimalist, I assume traditional, approach. The Kaiseki meals during dinner and breakfast were exquisite, and an experience on its own. As Westerners the different tastes were new to us, and discovering all the different nuances in all the small dishes felt very exciting. Unfortunately we only had a short evening and morning here before departing to our homeland. The location is only a short 15-20 minute taxi-ride away from the airport, and therefore an ideal location to prepare for the flight back. We look forward to choose this wonderful hotel again next time we visit Japan.

Impeccable service and spacious, luxurious rooms. This was one of my favourite hotels to stay at in my two weeks around Japan and it was extremely clean. We were able to store our bags ahead of check in, and once we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome matcha and a tea sweet. The amenities were top notch -- great soap (Molten Brown brand!), ample toiletries, and a relaxing bath spa area downstairs. The complimentary in-room drinks were a lovely bonus. If you're looking to stay at a hotel near Narita airport, this is the one I'd recommend. The only downside is it's at the bottom of a hill, so not ideal when hauling luggage.

It’s a nice place to stay. The hotel staff are kind and nice. And they all kindly help your need. And also check if you need a Taxi at checkout. It’s very thoughtful. And the room is very cozy. I really recommend it here. One thing you should notice it that for the dinner and breakfast we need to make a reservation three days before. Others are really wonderful. In the morning you can enjoy the old street surroundings. That’s really relaxing. I left something accidentally and the staff responded very quickly. Thank you Megumi San for your help.

Delightful two nights’ stay. This hotel is brand new, and thoughtfully designed. The location is just steps away from Daihonzan Naritasan and while located along the omotesando, there was hardly any noise indoors. Prior to arrival, I had emailed the hotel multiple times with a number of questions about my travel plans. The hotel’s Odaka-san patiently researched and replied to all my questions even though most of them had nothing to do with the facilities of the hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted enthusiastically, and given help with my luggage. I was brought to a spacious rest area and served a welcome matcha and wagashi. It was a welcome respite after leaving at 4am for the airport to travel to Narita-shi. My assigned room, while at the end of a corridor, was spacious and well designed. Toiletries were Molton Brown and there was a full range of bathroom amenities including a state of the art Dyson hairdryer. Water pressure was excellent and unlike some cheapskate hotels in which the temperature control was merely decorative, this one worked. I could choose to change the indoor temperature and circulation mode anyway I wished, regardless of the weather outside and not have to plead with front desk to unlock the central management system. All in, a great stay. Highly recommend!
