Worst hotel I have ever visited! The room was filled with two beds and there is not even room to stay. The balcony is blocked by the air conditioning unit. The beds were dirty. I chose it because of the location and it was on sale. It was a very bad decision, as I could have stayed in a much better place.

the photos on the site are a tourist trap, I booked a room it was the worst room in my life. a very small room you can not even move. I asked for a change, the receptionist promised me another room in 2 days. I never managed to change. the main entrance is in a dark alley with a small door. very narrow stairs. no elevator you have to climb the 4 floors in a spiral I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere and do not book in this hotel

One of the worst experiences in all of Turkey was that the reservation was made early and the amount was withdrawn. The reservation company states that the hotel will withdraw the amount to the site upon arrival, but the hotel withdrew the amount two weeks before the reservation. It denied this at check-in and withdrew the amount again. When reviewing, they denied it and explained that it was a mistake from Ankara and that they would return the amount. In addition, the building does not live up to a hotel with a very scary and narrow entrance

The experience was very bad, the hotel is not worth spending more than one night. I had to change rooms 3 times and I was aware of that but the rooms were different and some of them were really bad. Good thing: There are some rooms with sea view, but not all is good. My experience Iroom 202 is good but other is bad. Negatives and bad things: 1- There are no insulations in the rooms, as you can hear the conversation of the room next to you. 2- There is no elevator. 3- There are no insulators in the windows, as external sounds can be heard from outside. Note: The hotel staff is respectful, but the hotel has limited capabilities in services. Overall: I do not recommend staying in the hotel for more than one night just for the view of the sea in room 202.

The people who work here are very nice and helpful. Dior is very personable and helpful. he helped me with my sim card issue. Basil is very helpful as well, went the extra miles to get me taxi on my last day. the other guy was helpful as well. but I forgot to ask his name. room is clean and location is great. my only suggestion is not to preset the room temperature to 25C due to winter time. the room has window that can be open, so I can get cold air from outside. I personally like cold temp for sleeping.
