Not for a family of 5 (adults and 1 teen) if the description said for 6, you will end up sleeping in the same bed. The rooms have noise-canceling windows which is a plus in a busy street. The cathedral is a few feet away from the apartment. The rooftop has amazing views. You will need a code to get inside the building and your apartment. The place was small for us, but good for the days we stayed and rested, our final destination was Madrid, but Seville was a place to visit. The temperature was in the 80' in June 1st but it feels like 100°f

Amazing location, easy access to everything, very comfortable apartment for families and nice customer service. The check in was a hassle with everything being online and requiring so much information, but outside that it's an excellent spot.

5 night stay, would definitely stay again. Stayed in one bed room balcony, actually 2 small balconies, mid September. You can't ask for a better location to walk to all the sites, bars, & shopping. Very clean modern building . High ceilings with separate bed room. Small kitchen with 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, tea and coffee maker plus sitting area makes up the other room .Large bathroom with large shower . On the third floor is an outside terrace. No smoking in the rooms or on balconies but the terrace has a smoking area . Owner is very nice and most accommodating . These are apts but our room was cleaned and fresh towels provided every other day. I have no complaints only a warning , book early. We booked 11 months in advance .

Recently stayed 2 nights in Room 1B with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Disgusting swarms of ants were seen in both bathrooms. My daughter was frightened and shocked to scream and almost fall down when she stepped into a bathroom and just found a swarm of black ants busily crawling around on a white towel on the surface of the bathroom, and even in toothbrushes also. The room itself is sort of beautiful, but I like to warn all of you, choice is up to you.

Highly recommend these apartaments for your stay in the beautiful city of Seville Location is great for your stay... The apartments are well appointed with a modern feel are very comfortable Shower room and good towels There is a compact kitchen area to suit your needs in the city a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.. Complimentary tea bags and pods with creamer and sugars Also a 1.5l bottle of water in the fridge.. A very nice touch The bedroom is very comfortable There is air conditioning which works very effectively We had the ático and was directly on to the roof top terraces with access to a higher one that has a direct view of the Giralda Cathedral Lots of chairs and tables to relax There's a Lift within the property I had cause to ask for an iron and that was delivered to our place whilst we were out Easy contact with the administration with WhatsApp The door codes are provided before tou arrive.. As this is a reception less property Our friends had a deluxe apartament and enjoyed their unit which had ensuite facilities as well as a separate shower room We have stayed with Welldone a Few times in the city and have enjoyed our stays... We will be back again to enjoy Excellent stay
