Good location but facilities in the room is too old. The fridge freezer compartment was broken, could not freeze food and 1/3 of the space was built up with stale frost, the hotel looked like it had never been viewed. The room was full of black flying bugs but the hotel cleaning staff seemed to be too commonplace to bother dealing with them. Induction cooker in the kitchen was broken and the heat was so low that even with the staff demonstration of turning the heat up to "maximum", it was impossible to fry an egg in 1 hour. In addition, the air conditioning in the hotel did not work well, and in less than 2 weeks, the air conditioning stopped working 4 times. The bedding in the bedroom smelled like it had been used for more than 10 years, and the smell was very similar to the kind of bedding used on sleeper trains in mainland China. The staff were slow to respond to the service industry and overall it was a slow lazy feeling.

This review is based on my experience. So here it goes; * WestZone Pearl Apartment Dubai is a walking distance from Burjuman Metro Station, very accessable to westzone supermarket and adidas outlet. 1. Location on the Goggle Map is different from the location itself because it is called Raj Mahal, difficult to book Careem on the area. 2. When we came to the apartel, awful smell is there. (This is based on my experience) 3. Reception staff is accomodating. 4. Lift smells cigar. 5. When we enter the room, it was okay it's huge, has couch, tv, kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge. Kitchen area has a washroom. 6. Bed is good, the washroom inside the bedroom has an awful smell (smells like urine that haven't clean, bathtub is broken and dirt is coming out from it) and the worst part is that I WAS BITTEN BY A BEDBUG when I was sitting on the couch (this was our first night on the apartel and we just came back from a tour so basically I was exhausted and sat on the couch) I have rashes on my back and left shoulder it was the worst! 7. Good thing is that when we ask for something like towel, tissue, orlike we need housekeeping, they immediately send someone for it. OVERALL, stay was okay, 4 out of 10.

Location is behind bur juman mall. For those new to Dubai this is an area with residents mainly from India, same as the guests of the hotel so I think this would be most suitable for Indian travellers. Room / apartment is decent but of low standard and urgently needs a renovation. Cleanliness is as good as it can get because they have great housekeeping staff but even if they do an amazing job the building is too old so there are insects, leaks, mould which brings down impression and comfort. Facilities are poorly maintained, the pool area is sad looking with a few very dirty sunchairs and although the pool is closed Tuesday for cleaning I never noticed any change and the water was far from clean. The hotel has an inhouse dodgy spa, supposedly for men only Only staff that are friendly and doing an amazing job are housekeeping. Front desk are as many pointed out earlier rude. Wifi is good If you are a light sleeper the rooms facing the noisy road will keep you awake

when you enter the hotel it has certain annoying smell. talking about room quite good but Frdge was out of order so i asked management to keep my stuff in kitchen fridge and when i took my thing back it was all eaten kitchen management or i dont know general staff stole my all desert and eaten . Regarding breakfast they offer different different dishes but if go to order they had only two items. Totally unsatisfied experience.
