I came with my husband to the hotel during the festive period and it was one of the greatest experience I've ever had because our stay was fantastic. One of the hotel Staff *Moses* was really helpful, right from the door step to the room. He was really attentive and gave us an excellent service. Everytime we are going out to take a taxi, he always ask us if we need water because water is life. Definitely coming back here next time but in all, the team is very cooperating. Thank you for the great service, we love u guys.

What a totally fantastic place to enjoy a fun and activity packed holiday. Every member of staff at the hotel was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was first class. The rooms were large and spaceous and kept incredibly clean by the service team. The food was excellent and plentiful. The choice at the breakfast buffet was enormous and there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate in returning and am already looking forward to booking again next year. Thanks for a fantastic time.

The W Hotel is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the sleek, modern entrance, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this hotel, from the stunning contemporary design to the impeccable service provided by the staff. The rooms at the W Hotel are a true sanctuary. They are exquisitely appointed, with plush furnishings and a color palette that exudes serenity. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the city skyline, creating a sense of awe-inspiring beauty. The dining options are equally impressive. The hotel's restaurants serve a delectable array of cuisines, and the rooftop bar is a must-visit for its panoramic views and expertly crafted cocktails. What truly sets the W Hotel apart is its commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests. The concierge team goes above and beyond to curate personalized itineraries and ensure that every guest's stay is truly special. In conclusion, the W Hotel is a masterpiece of modern luxury. It's a place where every detail is meticulously curated to provide an unforgettable experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a destination in itself, and I can't wait to return. It's just amazing

As someone deeply familiar with the intricacies of the restaurant industry, I was particularly discerning when it came to my stay at the W Hotel in Dubai. I'm pleased to say that the workers at this establishment impressed me immensely. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional service were evident throughout my visit. It's clear that they understand the importance of creating memorable experiences for guests, just as we strive to do in the restaurant industry. From the moment I dined at the hotel's restaurants to the interactions with the staff in various capacities, their dedication to excellence shone through. I wholeheartedly recommend the W Hotel in Dubai to fellow industry professionals and anyone who appreciates the finer aspects of hospitality.

I usually come here for a beach day/pool access. They have a 21+ pool area and the access is only 200dhs-250dhs I believe, most of which is redeemable. I absolutely love this place and the vibe of it. They also have hour 2 for 1 drinks from 4-6 or 7. I get the Wagyu beef salad for lunch usually and it’s super delicious. The only downside maybe is that the building covers up the sun rather earlier than I would’ve liked by the pool, but you can definitely continue your day by the beach area. All in all, service is great. Mr Samad is very personable and humours, making my experience at the W a pleasant one.
