Average. Until traveling out of Hanoi on a limousine the non English speaking dishonest driver Was swindling me. Over the phone I tried to get translation help from hotel. The hotel manager agreed with dishonest driver even before I tried to tell what happened, the manager refused to hear me. Also I was short changed paying for my laundry and after complaining i got no apology nor the missing money

Booked there for a night, on booking to find out at the reception that that was the price for two hours. The price given for the whole night was much higher then the one advertised on Google or Booking. Doggy advertising, not booking there ever again.

An older hotel in a quiet part of Hanoi that is roughly 30 minutes from the old quarters. I stayed because a friend lived close by but this traveling and wanting to explore central Hanoi may not find this location as convenient. The bed was very comfortable. However the rooms were a bit dated. This included the washrooms as well. Some of the labels on the toiletries had fainted, making me believe it could have been a while since someone had used or changed them. Breakfast was free and pretty mediocre in quality but there was a lot to choose from. Overall, I'd stay here again purely because of its proximity to my friend. However you can find much better if traveling to Hanoi to explore the city.
