Just arrived into the hotel, and I was surprised on the law level of the room, it was really dirty. I informed the team, and they apologized and offer to change the suit, even in the system this room shown it was inspected and should be neat. I checked more than 3 suits, the same level of cleanliness. ROTANA with this level cleanliness it is really shameful. I don’t recommend this bad hotel for anyone. There is no hot water. The sink was flooding. No tooth paste. I was my worth stay for me and my family in whale my life!! Tomorrow I will leave the hotel, even I pained for two night, fortunately I didn’t book for the whale stay in Istanbul at this hotel.

The room is one of the prettiest where i have ever stayed. Had some issue with the ac earlier. But hotel sent Technician Murat to resolve the issue and he is such a humble person. He quickly did his job and provided the best customer service.

One of worst experiences I ever had. The air-condition system is locked and cannot be adjusted. There is no remote control. I called 4 times the reception and same polite answer they will send a technician. The windows cannot be open. The noise street is so loud even at last floors you cannot sleep. Very bad experience.

This hotel is deceiving: 5 stars, good location close to Mall, cheap, and looks good in pics. I’m reality it’s DISGUSTING. We had 3 rooms all dirty with bras and garbage under our beds, dirt on floor, BLOOD on bedsheets. Told front desk multiple times and the manager offered us Turkish delights in an attempt to win us over and a better experience next time. Did not clean room, did not change rooms for us. I’ve seen motel crack dens that were cleaner with better service. Would recommend you look elsewhere despite unless you’re looking to catch a communicable disease.
