Had an excellent spa treatment at this hotel. Full body massage, sauna and Turkish bath. I would highly recommend this hotel & spa facilities. It’s been an amazing stay after having been denied boarding due to an overbooked flight. This stay has made up for it. Loved it and feel so relaxed.

This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but I would say 3 star at most. Breakfast had very little option and not to my taste. In 10 days I went for breakfast twice even though it was paid for. The food for room service was very nice. The room was clean but very basic. The reception manager was quite helpful, however the other staff were not very helpful and some staff were quite rude.

The Hotel it self was not good. It is a beautiful hotel but the service is terrible. Except some people ( Naim, sadeq, Ali, breakfast manager, niahmadullah, housekeeping manager) these people are good. The receptionists are very rude and terrible. They won’t do or answer anything you say and they have no manners. I have been to a lot of hotels and the receptionists always greet you and sometime help you if you are carrying any bags or something but during my 20 days there I never got greeted by the receptionists. The breakfast is cold and they purposely put warm water there and if you ask for cold water then you will have to pay 40 Tl for a small bottle of water. The spa costs 80usd every you want to use it but the pool and gym is free. If you want to borrow a fork or a spoon you will have to rent it for 60tl. And the rooms have bedbugs. Never again for me but those people that I named were really nice and helped me when the rest of the hotel were rude. There is one nice guy in the reception and he has glasses and he is Turkish.
