Best kept Residential estate in Blouberg area. All houses and parks are very well kept and maintained. Have IR with motion detection perimeter security with Electric fence and high walls. Security linked to Star Alarms. 24hr Guarded Entrance with biometric iD. Pedestrian entrance with turnstile. Levy very low and affordable. Estate wel positioned and walking distance from schools, shopping mall and Hospital.

My experience from living here is that it’s a great place to raise kids and far safer than many other estates and complexes in the area. However there is a lot of politics here (especially on the WhatsApp groups), many of my neighbours are rude (one neighbour was caught by me throwing rocks at another neighbours cat and thought it was perfectly okay to do so and then got aggressive with me) and the directors who run the estate rarely communicate important issues (especially safety breaches) to the people living here meaning we don’t really know how safe it is. As last year New Year’s Day we personally experienced the security guard who was on duty from the night, asleep and drunk at the security house. Meaning our safety and security could have been badly compromised. We were told by the estate managers not to tell anyone in the estate what happened...
