I stayed here on 25 November 2023 in Room 504. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and cheerful hotel to stay in Fatih… all of the staff members from the front desk, kitchen staff, and cleaner they were all super friendly to me. My stay was for one night but I wish I stayed longer. Thank you white palace hotel for your excellent service

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. The lady at the reception didn't prepare the 3 rooms that I reserved and paid their value through a booking app. Moreover, she canceled the first day claiming that she thought I was not going to come. (My booking is for 2 days, and paid fully, how come?). Needless to mention how irrespectful and argumentative she was. The hotel location is in the middle of a noisy market; beds and lavatories are not as they appeared in the pictures

Wonderful hotel to stay in! I am from the US and can say that this hotel is better than a lot of the hotels back home! Newly renovated and everything you could need is a couple steps away, as this place is ideally located near many local shops. My room was very clean, well kept, and well decorated. My bathroom was also very clean and modern. Ali, a gentleman who works at the front desk, was so nice and went above and beyond in assisting me in all my needs as well as answering any questions I had. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to a supermarket, the staff is friendly and helpful, the price, and the interior looks good. The WiFi is very unstable and it especially gets bad in the evening when everyone uses it. I can hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms. One of the lamps is broken, the lighting is yellow and doesn't look as cozy as it does in photos. Scratches on the walls, the bathroom feels dirty, especially in the shower. The faucet looks old and worn out. One of the towels were dirty upon my arrival. It's impossible to shower comfortably because you have very poor control over the water's temperature. It's either too cold or too hot. Bed and pillows aren't very comfortable, the "duvet" is just a sheet. But that's fine when it's hot outside. The mini fridge doesn't seem to work properly either. Very strange design on the wall above bed. If you have money for a more expensive hotel, it's worth it. White Palace is bearable but annoying and doesn't live up to expectations. Really, the only notable good thing about it is the staff.
