We stayed in room 104 at this hotel last week. Unfortunately, the room had a strong drainage smell. Despite reporting it, the hotel couldn't change our room due to being fully booked. The staff refused to provide fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, or toilet paper. Although the price is tempting, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to these issues.

We stayed over 3 nights, and we loved it. I think is very well located and a lot of options for buses, restaurants, shops… the staff was good and always there to help! We arrived quite late but an envelope was ready for us and all the instructions, next day we were able to pay with no issues. The room was lovely and we couldn’t ask for more to be honest. They clean the room daily and give you new towels daily as well. Lots of storage for clothes, aircon… overall 10/10.

Generally it was good! The location is well centered between the regional train station: Barberini and the metro: Roma Termini (about 10 to 15 min walking). The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, shampoo & soaps are always available. The bed is comfortable, the bar, the coffee machine, the fridge are good and usable, the cabinets are large enough. The main problem is that the owner is not available and reached @ any time. The only possible communication is with the cleaning girl, during her morning shift. Some other problem exists in few details like the fixed and unchangable temperature of the Ac (not cold enough), the little leakage water from the shower, the very modest breakfast ( packed toast & croissant, juice, confiture, chocolate butter like Nutella but a cheaper one, espresso and cappuccino cups, same everyday). Overall recommended!

The room was at first really great. However after the first night we saw a COCKROACH and also the air-conditioning was not working really well. It was too warm at night. We talk to the nice receptions that said that she will put something to "kill" the cockroach but it was not of use. The other nights we couldn't properly sleep thinking that it was going to apear again. The breakfast was on the room and it was server from 10 am to the next day. The coffee was ok however just a croassaint and a juice without refrigeration can't be consider as a breakfast. The location is ok , we discover to great restaurant. That we totally recomend (one in front of the hotel "La cantinela da Livio" and one a couple of block away "Restorante Al Padovano"). Also is not dar away from the train station Termini
