This hotel is in a great location and staff are really friendly, also very good breakfast. We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The only sad thing to mention is the bathrooms! I understand they aren’t well ventilated due to the number of floors up etc but this doesn’t mean they should be left so mouldy. This is a new hotel but looks really run down in the bathrooms due to this, can’t imagine what it would look like in another few years. Only thing that lets this hotel down! Please incorporate deep cleaning the bathrooms into your cleaning schedule

A relatively new hotel that is contemporary and hip with a few branches in Vietnam. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The lobby features a self check-in kiosk that didn’t seem to work for anyone. Breakfast for everyone is also served in the lobby cafe and is a mixed bag but it’s included with the room so don’t expect much but their Vietnamese coffee is delightful. The rooms are hip and I believe are all identical. Bathroom unit is built into the small room and is similar to other concept hotels. Good air conditioning is a bonus. There’s a small laundry facility onsite that’s a welcome bonus. Also, on each floor are digital vending machines selling amenities however everything was sold out. I suppose this is an issue with such tech driven hotels in that the tech is great until it doesn’t work and when it’s bricked it just undermines the image the brand is trying to craft.

I liked the hotel itself - clean and the gym and laundry facilities were great. The room is super small but it worked between the two of us travelling and only staying for three nights. The location isn’t the best, it was either a 20 minute walk to most places we wanted to go to (and the roads are super busy and walking paths are non existent sometimes so not the best walk) or we had to get a grab.

Have stayed for six days. Room a bit small but well maintained. Space adequate for solo traveller. The service is very good. Staff are helpful and approachable. The breakfast buffet tastes quite normal but has a wide spread. Location is quite far from the center. It usually takes 5-10mins to reach popular tourist attractions, which is still acceptable. There is several convenience store within 500m but very few good restaurants nearby.

I like the wink - rooms aren’t that small after all the reviews, but we travel a lot. So the room is nicely laid out and very comfortable bed. The biggest issue is the smell of mildew, and the bathroom water drain. The halls aren’t air conditioned which doesn’t help, and the cleaning staff prop the doors open on unused rooms to try to help the mildew smell which is appreciated but it’s clearly a bigger hvac and plumbing issue. I asked for a quiet room and they totally delivered on that. The laundry worked ok but the money part of the machine was broken so you had to work with the front desk to call maintenance to make it all work. The staff are super kind and attentive. Five stars for them. But the cool vending machines on each floor aren’t working and all say sold out which is just sad. The breakfast was pretty weak but what do you expect for a buffet situation. The fruit was ok and the iced coffee at the bar was very good. The lobby itself was fun. Lots of places to sit. The music is pretty good. The bar we had a good gin and tonic but a bad Manhattan. The city is so huge you don’t really walk anywhere but the grab cars are super cheap and they found the hotel no problem. We enjoyed ordering grab delivery there too which creates endless options when you want to just stay in. Housekeeping does a nice job, we were there 6 nights and slept well, very comfortable place. Would stay at a wink again. But I really hope the shower drain situation can be fixed along with the hvac working better. Good luck.
