This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a very safe location and you can walk or take a cab to food near by. The breakfast buffet was delicious in the mornings, everything was so fresh. The rooftop pool is beautiful and is very clean. The staff also knows English which helps a lot. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers!

The positive : I stayed 4 nights in this hotel in Trujillo. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. AC is there, Wifi is great, stable and fast. The hotel has a lot of green in the surroundings and a couple of Llamas that are free walking around, making your stay interesting. I chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly, for additional price $32 per night, my dog was provided with a comfy bed and bowls for water and food. Massages are provided for pretty fair prices, which was nice. Not so positive: Breakfast is rich but the quality of ingredients is not great. The rooms have very thin walls so I could hear every time someone was on the corridor, my neighbours were on a call or just talking. Furniture is old and sqeeky. Service is a bit slow in the bar area. I asked every day for my room to be clean, house keeping was very diligent to make the beds, provide fresh towels and empty the trash bins, however the floor was never properly clean which was disappointing for me.

On a business trip here for a week. Very nice hotel. Breakfast area is free and has lots of choices hot and cold. A few blocks from the beach-I haven't gone there so I can't comment on that. There's a bar on the top floor and near the lobby.

Terrible accommodation and service. I travel the world and from this franchise I have never had a bad experience until now and will never stay with them again globally. The front desk made promises in specific accommodations and ignored them, room service staff was kind. Overall would never spend another night there. Rather spend 400$ a night since it clearly shows the money is worth it and this location doesn’t train their staff at all on service. After not making the accommodation the gentleman at counter just hides his face and ignores a customer. Pathetic terrible energy and no shame. The gentleman at the night counter , unsure of name. He was older and salt and pepper hair, no help and shouldn’t be working there. 100% doesn’t know how to do his job, send him back to training. Sorry for those who end of staying here… FYI Marriott is ten mins down the road and a lot better. Sadly this hotel was only thing bad about my stay in Peru.
