I had an excellent experience at the hotel, and I want to give a 5-star review, especially to the reception employee, Omer. He provided exceptional service throughout my stay. However, there were a few minor issues. The construction noise due to the lack of sound insulation was bothersome. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference, and I prefer firmer ones. Additionally, the shower head was damaged, but I couldn't find the time to call for repairs. Lastly, I wish the hotel could offer better deals on tickets for local attractions. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement

Really had a great stay, Service & Staff is kind and polite. Shehzad was very helpful. Breakfast menu variety however needs to be changed everyday. Location is perfect with very nearby transportation.

It was a wonderful stay with them .I really inspired with the 7 star 🌟 services I would like to appreciate Mr shehzad and Azeem. Bell boy very polite served us as Feeljng at home .The stuff was tidy and clean. Great Hospitality .

The Yas Rotana is an absolute delight to stay at. We were received by Honey and Shazad at the reception and throughout our stay, all kind of help and assistance was provided by them. From taking cabs to visit the Grand Mosque , louvre museum and Ferrari world, everything is accessible from the lobby of Rotana. Plus point is the food available at the restaurants here which catered to all of our tastes and specific requirements. We were vacationing as a family of four with parents. I’d highly recommend Rotana for the value for money and the warmth !
