Yasmina Luxury Camp

My family planned their wedding party here with months of planning in advance and it went horribly. The minute we got the keys to the room we checked everything and the bed sheets were dirty, blood stains and stains of god knows what🤢. After that we went to the toilet and when i flushed the entire toilet was flooded…. Also the window was broken and the dust and heat of the dessert could enter the room. In other rooms there weren’t even AC that worked, in our room there was no fridge while my family communicated all these things for their wedding party in advance, at the party it self i almost fell multiple times because of the dangerous state of the dance floor (which was also communicated on how it should be IN ADVANCE ) All-in-All the owner and staff were really horrible and it was a bad management, and bad experience. The only thing that was good was the location of dessert (that has nothing to do with the camp). Also be aware that they take videos and pictures of us without consent.

This review could be summed up in the worst travel-related experience I´ve had in my life. First of all, in order to arrive to the camp we had to drive in an old piece of junk, that they decided was a pickup truck. On top of that our driver was a 11 year old, who worked there. The temperaturess were around 45ºC when we got there at 2pm, then we were informed that the AC didn´t function until 5pm. The rooms were similar to a boiler, so we were adviced to stay in the main hall, were there was a ventilator, until the AC turned on. When we finally entered our room, we found ourselves in a dirty, small and old cabin (eventhough the camp claims to be "luxury"). The bedd sheets had dirt marks all over it, the bathroom had mud and the windows were so dirty that we couldn´t see the stars. My brohter was ill due to food poisoning, he had a fever and sever diarrhea. We were never offered transport to a city where we could find a decent hospital, neither did they offered us free water (considerng that the high temperatures made it imposible to treat the fever without proper medical care), we had to pay 1 JD (1.3 euros) for each small bottle. All in all, would have burnt this place to ashes had i hadthe chance
