Bad location. Decent decor . Like staying in a building site. Balcony too hot because of airconditioner outlet. Dust on windows from dirt Road and building site . Grocery shopping next door . Bad location by walking.

Disgusting place. We stayed here with a guy and wanted to see old friends. The holiday was completely ruined as soon as we entered the room and smelled this disgusting smell. With all this, the owner had the courage to give us a completely different room than the one we booked. It was very cold in the apartment itself, even the air conditioners did not help. The balcony was not cleaned at all, everything was dirty and disgustingly dirty water. In general, even the location was disgusting for us. There is a stench everywhere, dogs, trucks constantly driving by and a house being built nearby! It is impossible to sit in silence. There is absolutely no knowledge of the Russian language, it is literally non-existent. A terrible place to rent an apartment for that kind of money, run away from there.

There are construction sites, mountains and gas stations all around. It’s dark in the evening, you can go back alone, but it’s a little annoying. The room has some dishes and a frying pan, but there is no kettle. Soap too. Large panoramic windows (in my room) overlook the mountains (and construction site), they do not close tightly or I do not have the strength to close them. Quiet, calm place, there is a Bin store nearby (they do not accept payment by QR code, the nearest ATM is in Migros), there is no machine for replenishing a transport card nearby, there is a bus stop, a cable car and a beach nearby, which I never got to. From the unpleasant. The hot water suddenly ran out in the shower (already soapy), I washed myself with cold water, brrr.... And in the evening, returning to the hotel, I could not get the key to the room.

First of all, the good comments on this page were made by them. On August 21, I took the comments here into consideration and went to the apartment to stay. I was told that your room was cleaned. We went to the room. The room was not cleaned, there were crumbs, dust and dirt everywhere. I told the authorities, they said let's have it cleaned. Even the bed sheet was the same sheet used by the previous guest. There were even hairs on it. This deception is not nice when so many people are suffering from scabies. I saw that the bucket with which they cleaned the balcony and the house was the garbage bucket of the room. I was shocked. They put water in the garbage bucket and cleaned the table, chairs and the balcony. When I asked if such a thing could happen, I was told that the bucket was clean, but the bucket was very dirty. When you refuse to accept cleaning, you are very problematic. The answers are: Who cleans the place where they sit and eat in their house with a dirty garbage bin? The location of the hostel smells like sewage, you can't go out to the balcony, you can't open doors or windows, you go on holiday because of the smell and spend your holiday with the smell of sewage. The inside of the hostel smelled worse than the outside. I would never recommend it for your stay. We tried to talk to the official to solve the problem. His answer was very harsh, what can I do? It was not solution oriented. The cleaning staff is very bad. There are still construction dirt everywhere in the hostel. I would never recommend it. Your holiday would be ruined. I ended my holiday without staying in that hotel. I moved to another hotel. I never recommend it.
