Excellent hotel in the heart of Barcelona, away from the overly touristy areas but close enough to the main sights. We had a great stay here, the rooms are modern and compact but of a high standard. The bar and spa were excellent, and id also highly recommend the complimentary wine and cheese hour at their sister hotel next door. The service was also fantastic, despite checking out of the hotel, when returning with a bout of food poisoning later that day the front desk quickly arranged us a room for the day at a discounted rate.

Terrible experience at Hotel Yurbban Barcelona. The quality/price ratio is not there at all. The welcome by the receptionist Marc was pleasant with the offer of a glass of champagne on arrival. We had room 102. The room is very small, but the downside is that the room is not soundproofed at all. You can hear absolutely everything that happens outside, door slamming, voices, footsteps... And the best thing is that the room is next to the staff room, so the noises don't stop. We made the comment to Marc, the receptionist, who offered no solution to the problem and did not even apologize. A shame. We therefore paid more than 300 euros per night for a room without being able to sleep peacefully. This hotel is not worthy of its price or even of the hotelier's profession. To flee. The tow pools are too small and have no interest.

Met up with an old school friend for a couple of days in Barcelona. Loved the city and this hotel made our stay a very good one. A very warm welcome from the start, with a glass of cava and really clear instructions. Hotel extras made it even better - brilliant roof with view over the city, nice spa area and probably the best thing for us was the ability to borrow the hotel bikes. This was a game changer as we got around a large swathe of the city and didn’t need to use public transport. Location was brilliant, and free cheese and wine from 6:30 - 7:30 every night was a charming idea and really enjoyable. Would most certainly return if I come back to Barcelona. The staff attitude is so friendly and positive.

Best experience in Barcelona We came across the hotel by walking around the city. We went to the rooftop for drinks and the service was great and view is unbeatable, the bartender recommended us to go to the restaurant same hotel different building and Karen was our server. She was amazing super quick and friendly employee of the month! The food was super good as well! She recommended the spa and we booked it for the next day. The spa experience was amazing they accommodate us to our time and the facilities are great, the massage was out of this world, maybe the best we have had. The whole staff was very professional and friendly and the products they use are the best (I should have bought a bottle of the oil) The price was very reasonable as well. I would come back to Barcelona just to stay dine and relax at this hotel.
