Room was smaller than expected. Stains on the sofa chair. Service was non existent other than 2 sweets on the coffee table, a bottle opener with a note saying "enjoy" but no bottle of wine to open (why bother with the note and opener?) and some threats about fines to pay if you leave the place untidy or washing up to be done. Room and bathroom had basic necessities but needs refurbishment. Located in a working class suburb of Rome so not for the classic tourist experience and you need to walk 10 minutes to ride the busy metro 5 to 6 stops to get to the central tourist district. Need to be relatively fit and u phased to stay her but otherwise fair value for money.

this place is amazing...it's new, stylish, clean, confy, close to metro and train station...but above all...it's tech...it has a new concept of hosting...you do everything by smartphone, self-check in, open the main door ( JUST make a call and voila' open sesame)...it's so cool ...i loved it...btw...great price too!
