A big warning on this hotel !!! Was going to spend 2 nights at this hotel and was looking forward to a pleasant stay. But after one night we gave up and moved away. Food in the area is next to non-existent. The cooling unit in the room sounded like a grinder and it was next to impossible to sleep without earplugs. The pool is a play pool for mostly children and in the middle of the pool there is a fountain that makes so much noise that you have to raise your voice to be able to talk to each other if you sit or live near the pole like we did. Tried to get a refund on the last night when we wanted to move. However, the answer was that they did not want to refund as we chose to move ourselves. So it was an expensive night!!! In addition, the staff really didn't behave as they should in such a highly rated hotel, with a really sarcastic comment when we sat outside in the morning to have a little rest with a cup of coffee. At 06.30 the lung net stopped, because then the fountains would definitely be on. When we asked if they could wait a bit to put them on, they were completely uninterested in being accommodating. As I said, you are deceived by the pictures that this hotel presents that it is supposed to be a quiet resort. It is not what it seems to be!!!

Rooms: 26/30 The rooms are ok. There are some unique decorations, but overall room is quite small. Facilities: 31/35 Small hotel so not many facilities. There are a few big pools with good decorations, but that is it. But still unique design with the see through glass Service: 14/15 The service is pretty good. The staff are pretty well-trained and are nice. One of the staff also cleaned the glass of our room for us. Food: 8/10 There is free breakfast but not much options, just some basic stuff. Some taste good and some not so good Location: 8/10 Location is just average, not close to beach and an average distance from waterparks or malls. Total: 87/100, considering the price it is already pretty good.

Difficult access and far from everything Asked to rent motorbike... nobody helps or guide us, I could say #the dont care£ 2 guests but just one key.... second one is extra fee. Rooms with no darkness even the night.. only curtains protecting a little.frol the outside lights. Air condition so noisy.... so cannot put it the night. Last time in this hotel.

The location is a bit traffic area to the center but was fine , but bad parking area also old stuff in the room pool was dirty and if u are sensitive person I not recommend room have a lot of mosquito doesn't let u sleep and i ask stuff to do something unfortunately nothing happens,also the air conditioning have problems make a lot of noise also the cost for room like this in this area is so expensive with tax.
