This is my first hotel stay in Bangkok. The hotel offers a diverse range of international cuisine, with delicious food available, including a buffet that serves coffee and tea. We chose to stay here for a short break following our long air journey. The rooms are peaceful, quiet, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service here is exceptional, truly making it a great experience.

Nice lunch stopping point, there is a prayer room also for muslim . And a mosque nearby if you mind to jamaah. Some hijab employee also around..

I planned my trip to BKK one month ago and I have seen this hotel on Google and I chooses this hotel to book as it is very near to MRT station. Location - Superb 👍👍👍👍👍 ( you can use MRT Yellow line or Airpport link Railway as this hotel located very closed to Hua Make station. Staffs - Kind , friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍👍👍 Since I booked this hotel one month early , within 3 days of the booking , I couldn't have the confirmation email from the hotel. So I was panicked and called to hotel, then the staff named Ms Mandy answered my call and says that why don't we communitie via social media ( Facebook page) as overseas call are very expensive. She is very considerate and helpful. So we communicated via Hotel's Facebook page messenger and she sent me a confirmation letter through FB messenger. Service -👍👍👍👍 Hotel serves Hallah Buffet daily. Even though the menu is mostly same for everyday, it was delicious. Staffs are kind and helpful ( just that they might need to improve their English speaking skill for the convenience of the foreign visitors ) If you are a night person that you want to eat at the middle of the night , there is a 24hrs supermarket , just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and quiet.If you like to stay luxurious and quite place, this hotel is recommended. Very closed to Airport , just 20 minutes drive from the hotel. If you are taking subway, then is only 3 stations and you will be at the airport in 10-12 minutes.

We had booked 3 rooms with Early Check in at 12pm, however rooms were not ready upon arrival. When we eventually got our rooms, the aesthetic was okay at first. We turned on the television to find no english channels. The smart tv did not have essential apps like netflix or youtube eventhough it was a smart tv. At night the wifi was turned off at around 10pm and could no longer use it. We requested a universal plug at the front desk and was told the room had one, but there was none in the room. We requested for an iron and ironing board, and to our suprise the same iron and ironing board was shared throughout the entire tower and to all the guest rooms at the tower. 1 iron and 1 ironing board shared across the entire tower of guests. When we tried taking a shower and turned on the rain shower, the noise was deafening, as the pipes rattled as though someone was drilling the wall in our shower. The entire stay here was truly regretful. Should have gone with the more well known and reputable Halal hotels, if we had known earlier. Terrible experience, would not stay here again if we were in Bangkok.

Fine for an overnight stop over from the airport. From the airport station to the hotel is about 20 minutes including the walk. Don’t follow google maps along the river when walking to the hotel, walk the alternative route. Rooms are well equiped and relatively clean. Overall condition of the hallways is quite poor. Went up to use the rooftop gym but it was a building site with men sleeping on the floor. Took a long time to get a taxi when leaving, staff weren’t willing to come out the front and wave one down.
