Most unsafe I've ever felt while traveling in my life. First -- They did not honor my "Do Not Disturb" sign and entered my room when intended not to. Zero security measures, anyone can freely walk into the lobby or grab an elevator to your floor. While I was staying here, three men knocked on my room door insisting that they enter my room and that they worked for the hotel. After refusing to let them in, they said they'd be back. I checked in with the hotel management team who said these gentlemen do not work for the hotel. They did move my room, but the handling of both situations were terrible despite being nice people. They did not take my concerns or my business seriously. Any business who cares more about their guests safety than money, would've handled this differently. Stay elsewhere.

The only good thing was the location, right on top of Piccadilly Circus underground with Soho literally just right round the corner. Everything else were horrible. Room had no windows, bathroom has a see through glass sliding door with no locks, shower has half the glass so the bathroom floor was constantly flooded. Amenities were non-existent. The were no hangers, cups, chairs, tables whatsoever. Hooks for jackets were so poorly designed that they were either broken/gone or couldn’t hold a jacket properly. There were one huge towel on each bed but no hand towel for the toilet, which could explain the lack of racks/shelves/hooks in the toilet. There was nowhere to put your toiletries/towels/clothes while showering other than on top of the toilet bowl. We stayed on the second floor and could hear the loud banging noises from the bar as late as 3am on a weekday. With this price and service and lack of amenities I might as well stay at a hostel, might even be quieter and definitely cheaper

This place is honestly like a jail cell. First the access to our room was out of the main building down multiple fire exit stairs that made you feel like you were going down in to a dungeon. Pair that with some large luggage bags and it’s just ludicrous that they are even allowed to utilise that space. Our bed was on the floor with sandpaper pillows/sheets and the bathroom with a thin see through glass screen that was so small with no space to put any of your things on the basin. And the tiles were absolutely filthy. Then when we went to have a shower, it flooded our room as the drain was blocked and also no door on the shower so it went straight in to the room. We then got “upgraded” after going to reception and explaining the situation. Slightly bigger room, still feeling like a jail which had completely empty shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. So when the staff say check in is 3pm to make the rooms of the highest standards for their guests, they really couldn’t care less. Massive money making scheme this hotel and I would rather stay in a hostel any day. Worst hotel by far across our whole of Europe travels and somehow one of the most expensive (we are at the end of our month long Europe trip). Other places are much more welcoming and convenient with making your stay as nice as possible and have many nice touches that help that, highly recommend passing on this money maker!!

The location is superb if you want to be in the middle of everything. The room was nice but it was warm which made it a bit hard to enjoy a good nights sleep. Especially with the loud banging sounds from the club two floors below from us. We noticed that the thermostat only changed the temperature colder during those hours when most of the guests would be out and about, which was in the middle of the day. But the bed was comfortable and the room had a relaxing vibe to it. We chose this hotel for the price and location, so it was somewhat worth it. Good for a weekend trip to London.

In the heart of Piccadilly able to get anywhere. Nice hotel, room did feel a bit empty as it was echoing and no tv, window or space to keep clothes hanged up was kind of a let down for the price of the room for one night was quite a lot. But the rooms looked really nice and clean. There’s also a vending machine with every kind of mini toiletry you could think of that you would need to stay the night which was a nice touch
