This Zen villa have very strong Japaness style... Clean and cosy place. Our booking includes breakfast. There is a 7-11 nearby walking distance for food too highly recommended

I booked a junior suite and superior room for my family of 4 adults and 3 children. The rooms are so clean and beautiful. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed taking photos there. Staff are polite and provided good service. Breakfast spread is also nice.

I paid 16500THB 2 nights for the Royal suite. I was expected to have an amazing experience for this price. It turned out as a nightmare. Jacuzzi broken. Shower leaking. Breakfast at 0 star level : coffee disgusting, food very basic. We left the room at 10 am and asked to clean because my daughter vomited in the night. What a surprise when we came back at 4:30pm and discovered that the room was still not cleaned at all! No one is speaking English here or even trying to help. For 8000 THB the night, I was shocked to see the worst service! Please close your place if you are not able to manage ! It's a huge disappointment for me and family and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Price of 5 stars hotel but its not even 1 star here ! Price should be not more than 1000 THB matching with the breakfast bad quality.

We had an incredible stay at Zen Villa Khao Yai. Every spot in the villa is picture worthy - you could tell they really put effort into all the intricate details to make your stay an unforgettable one. The 4 of us stayed in the Junior Suite and the rooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! Location-wise, Zen Villa was perfectly close to all the attractions we wanted to go to (Ok Corral Horse Riding, Khao Yai national Park, Hokkaido flower Park, Midwinter Khao Yai, Pirom cafe, Lacol Dining). The Junior Suite even came with free Kimonos to don on - it was such a wonderful experience. The receptionists were also very helpful and thoughtful, they were available 24/7 and would always willingly offer to take photos of us! Overall I'd give this place a 10/10. The stay was truly exceptional and I'd recommend anyone who plans to go to Khao Yai to stay here!

Family suite room comes with two king bed, a large bathtub, a walk in shower area and a small dinning area. Room is spacious and comes with a large tv loaded with free netflix and prime video. Bath and face towels provided. Toothbrush and comb also provided. Free bottled drinking water. A nice garden at the back of hotel for photo taking. Japan feel. And best, is very value for money stay. A small gym for treadmill and nice dinning area for breakfast that comes with sofa sitting area and large tv to play youtube mtv music video. Buffet ala carte bf menu and they are delicious. Counter with juice coffee and tea, yogurt, cereal and bread. Limited rooms thus very quiet. Beside chocolate factory and a nearby 7 eleven mart.
