Only a few of the staff members were able to speak English. When I approached the reception counter with a question, they didn't even bother to reply and instead continued talking amongst themselves. During our four-day stay, we booked two rooms and were using pool facilities and water slides only one day. As we were busy to went out! Unfortunately, the water slides were closed just 10 minutes after we started using them. It seemed that most of the guests at the hotel were elderly individuals who had no intention of using the water slides. It felt more like a feature that was only there for show on the hotel website rather than being actually available for use. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy in pricing between the bar outside and the one in the lobby. When I pointed this out, the staff asked me to go inside to get a cheaper price while I go there, they matched the price by phone, but they ended up rounding it up to a more expensive amount. It felt like they were taking advantage of the situation and leaving us out to dry in the scorching sun. Having visited numerous places in Europe, I must say this hotel was at a maximum of three stars, in my opinion.

The worst hotel where i have been. We reserved a All inclusive holidays which for them mean a food schedule. If you are not between the first people you will get almost no food. The food was very bad, we took 2 dinners (in our all inclusive price),no taste, old, no nothing. Nobody explain nothing, about the spa, the schedule, the private beach what they have. Nothing. In all our holidays we meet there just 2 girls which we’re kind and friendly. Staying there we found out about this inside problem which it’s the fight between the old generation and the young one. We also find they are not allowed to talk with the clients, which it’s the stupidest things what i heard. To not speak with the clients in this field. Anyway, i will never be there again. Bad management. We had the luck to meet also the owner, which to the first look it’s a cute old guy. But after i told to him he have some nice staff here, he was” if you think so” then i realise he’s not agree with me. You could see his communism and old fashion management. The worst experience.

Stay away from this hotel. Breakfast is terrible, no selection. Staff don't give a damn about you, barely take any notice of you. Struggle to have a conversation due to language barriers. We have been downgraded for 1 day because they were overbooked. Been placed in a tiny room where sockets didn't work, fridge was not working and really smelly. Just stay away, this hotel it's not worth even £100 a week.

The receptionist was bit rude he didn’t even greet us just took our passport to check in. The staff hardly speak any English but they try. They just assume you can speak Russian. The food was really bad we booked for all inclusive but had to go outside to have dinner and lunches. They have really good taxi services. The shuttle service to the beach was always on time which was really good.

Rooms are adequate, no frills here.. breakfast as stated in reviews is well no frills The campus is quite nice and they do make an effort to make the experience a nice one. The front desk seems understaffed.. they definitely don’t want to be there😅 Overall.. it’s a fine hotel .. not a 5 star.. but you’ll feel comfortable and enjoy if you can overlook some of the above.. we enjoyed.
