Photographs make this place look more attractive than it really is. First, the bad stuff. Lift frequently out of service, particularly on arrival when heavy bags had to be carried upstairs ourselves. Bathroom - you cannot swing a mouse, nevermind a cat. So tiny that there is no gap between sink, shower and WC. Food...breakfast not to my tastes, I don't want chips at that time of day. None of the food labelled leading to some wrong guesses. Hotel is on a very busy road, more like a motorway. It cannot be crossed. There was a huge leak in reception with water pouring from ceiling. The good stuff - staff were pleasant.

My daughter booked this hotel for our annual family holiday and I can safely say it was a good gamble. We got there on a Monday night at about 2am and got checked in immediately without delay. The young man on reception was polite and friendly, told us the times for when breakfast buffet times are and wished us a pleasant night of sleep. The dining area was very hot every morning and Reception was the same throughout the day

The hotel was a complete disaster, please don't let the pictures and the prices fool you, you'll be annoyed for the whole holiday. You will not be treated in a friendly manner and almost no one speaks English properly. Breakfast is between 7am and 10am. People want to sleep in on vacation so these early times don't make sense. There is no service everything costs extra money even every little thing. The gym is in old condition and located in the biggest hole in the hotel. The cleaning ladies always want tips. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Please don't make the same mistake.

Worst experience i have ever had in any hotel. I have stayed in five stars as well as cheap economic hotels as well. But i can very well say that this is the worst hotel i have ever been to. The service was exceptionally terrible. First of all when we checked into the hotel, there was no one to carry our luggage to our rooms. We had to carry the luggage to 4th floor ourselves. Then the air conditioner was so small for the room that it took 2 hours to cool the hot room . The room was not clean including the electric kettle for the tea. The room service in this hotel is the worst there can be. The room service is practically non existant. Could not get a single item asked . We even had to get down to the reception even if asked a simple item like plates or blankets. Let me share one incident of the many we had. We did not have blankets in our room because of which we could not sleep . When repeatedly asked to send AC blankets for almost 2 hours at night , we did not recieve them.Then at around 11:30 pm i had to go to the reception to get the blankets and had to carry them in my hands to my rooms. I would request whoever is reading this review not to book this hotel even by mistake.
