Well, I spent one night during my vacation (roadtrip across Europe), but was the best decision to stay here. Since my arrival the staff treated me special. I work in a same category hotel, but here...really, at the reception, in the bar/restaurant the staff really take care of you. They are curious if everything is in order, not once in a while, but several times. They recommended me an amazing dish according my "mood" and I did not regret it. I chose it because of the design and price, but the staff made me sure, that it was a great decision. The atmosphere, especially in the restaurant is amazing. You can feel like Franz Josef. They really look after you. This will be my regular place to stay in Vienna. Love and cheers

The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The grounds are completely fenced in with security gates, and everything was well maintained!

The actual stay was good and the service was fine. But the experience afterwards has been awful. I have yet to see my deposit returned although it has been 6 months since my stay. Additionally, I had additional money withdrawed from my account which meant I paid for the room twice. I have been in contact with the hotel frequently, but their responses are slow and quite frankly unhelpful. The additional money that was withdrawn from my account has been delivered back, but I am yet to have my deposit returned. I would not recommend using this hotel. Quite frankly, I am surprised of how incompent one can be in solving a serious matter for a customer. Very dissapointed.

Romantic, private, elegant, large spacious rooms. A cross between a hotel and an apartment because there is no room service, no one works there after 7pm so you are on your own (for better or worse). The staff were exceptionally nice. The gym and sauna were cool too. There is a very fancy restaurant located in the basement and outside of the hotel. I did not like the fact that breakfast was VERY far from the hotel (20 min) and you have to make reservations the night before, but the breakfast offerings at their partner properties are actually delicious so it kind of evens out. The neighborhood is a bit boring. I felt like there was an overall lack of bars/nightclubs/restaurants within immediate walking vicinity.
