A friend recommended this location. We LOVED everything about our stay at My Place in Vienna City Center. The Consierge, Sadat, was especially helpful. The excellent grocery store next door was also a gem. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see: St Stephen’s, the Vienna Opera House, the Spanish Riding School, and also an intimate concert in a palatial salon featuring Mozart and Strauss. When I return to Vienna, this will be the ONLY place to stay. And did I mention a washer and dryer available to guests in the basement? And do not miss the views from the rooftop terrace. ❤️

Staff were professional and friendly. Previous posts about their working hours are not as accurate as they seemed to be working on 7 days a week now. You are able to leave your luggage on sundays till 10pm with them. Rooms are decent with signs of old age. No views but that’s fine. Tiles and dirty paint work not quite reflective of the price paid but it is an amazing location with supermarket nearby and just 10mins walk to the st Stephen cathedral. Believe you are able to get a better deals else where but if location is important for you, this is really great too.

This place is impeccable. Service was second to none Accommodations were better than most 5 stars. Clean. Safe No carpet!! I highly recommend this central location. Great for large families. Front desk very helpful. Look forward to staying here again to see more of what the city has to offer.

I liked this apartment a lot. People who work there were all friendly and nice. But on Sunday night, the oven suddenly fused off when I was going to warm up my chicken wrap that I bought at Spar. I couldn’t eat them. I couldn’t even ask about it because they work until 5pm on Sunday. The electronic tea pot is also leaking a bit, I think. (room no. 202)

The hotel cannot possible have a 9.1 rating. The management announced a few hours before check-in on Friday that the elevator is not working (which has not been repaired until the check out on Sunday). The rooms had to be changed on the first floor which had a big impact on the view of the room. Basically the room view was inexistent, very similar with the movies views that incarcerated people have from their jail cells. No house keeping is being offered unless you spend at least three nights. The rooms have definitely seen better days, the wear and tear of the rooms is clearly visible with big scratches on the floor, defective tv stand, the windows on the bathroom door scratched. If you ever planned to leave your luggage at the reception on the check out day, you'd better chose another place to stay. This is not possibly with the accommodations since the reception on a Sunday and Saturday is only served until 12:00. Also there is no option to choose a later check out at all paid or not. Even though these services are listed on the locations internet site.
