Nice location, wide room capacity, lots of food option found in there breakfast. It has good location where lots of restaurants, shops, ATM, Park and grocery near it. One thing that I don’t like they are not allowing their guest to bring food from outside.

The rooms are not big enough , and the toilet is smaller even in Master rooms. They don't let you enter any food in the rooms, including delivery. Kindly note that there is no key eye in the rooms.

+ Well maintained, clean, good sound proof, prime location next to all shops and restaurants and moderate breakfast - No AC in corridors, no direct access for cars and they do not allow food from outside

This is a very nice hotel and very spacious inside. It's difficult to get to by car, so I highly recommend using their airport shuttle service if you are flying into Trabzon. We actually couldn't access the hotel with our rental car, so we pulled over and called the hotel. They sent someone from their staff to meet us and then he drove us to the car park for the hotel. This was very nice of them to help us out like this because the main road the hotel is on is only for pedestrians. The outside of the hotel was under construction while we visited, but the interior is amazing. Great breakfast buffet as well. It's a bit overpriced and only gives you the feel of downtown Trabzon. If you are visiting Trabzon for nature, I would recommend staying at a hotel or bungalow near Sera Lake.
