I booked the wrong hotel on the way to Kahramanmaraş, because the names of the two hotels differed by only one letter, I made a non-cancellable order, but when I explained the situation to the hotel, they agreed to my refund, they What a kind person! We stopped at this hotel for an overnight stay after a long drive. We booked a family suite, it turned out to be two connecting rooms, between which they opened the door for us. One of the rooms was very smoky, there was a strong smell of tobacco. We did not change anything, because the second room was odorless, and the child really wanted to sleep. In the morning, in daylight, it was unpleasant to find a very dirty floor. The hotel is not bad, everything looks pretty nice, neat, but wet cleaning should be done better. Breakfast is rather meager, mostly from semi-finished products, if an adult has something to eat, then for example, feeding a child turned out to be a problem.

the hotel is very correct, good location, close to the city center and the mall, the staff is helpful, I salute Miss Ferihane for her kindness, good value for money, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is delicious, rich buffet, I recommend it and I will come back next time.
