Charges
The applicable charges for booking Pranaam Elite Services at least 24 hours prior to the flight time are as below:
Service Offerings
- Warm welcome by Pranaam Porter at end of the aerobridge (bridge connecting Aircraft & Terminal)
- Golf cart till Immigration area on sharing basis with another Pranaam Guest (battery operated car subject to the location of aerobridge or bus gate)
- Dedicated Porter assistance from aerobridge for hand baggage
- Guidance to the Immigration counter
- Porter assistance at baggage belt for check-in baggage (max. 3 bags)
- Guidance through domestic departure Security Check as per class of travel
- Access to Lounge (Food & Non - Alcoholic Beverages) post security check- Adani/ Loyalty
- Golf cart on sharing basis with another Pranaam guest post security till Lounge/ boarding gate (battery operated car subject to the location of boarding gate)
- Assistance with boarding process as per airline guidelines
