1. The user making first-time online duty-free purchase gets a 10% additional discount on order pre-booked for arrival/departure pickup. (Offer)
2. This Offer is applicable on Duty-Free purchases through Adani OneApp platform (website/app) only.
3. To avail this discount Offer, user must be purchasing online duty-free for the first time through Adani OneApp platform.
4. Products belonging to electronics category are excluded from this Offer.
5. The maximum discount of ₹25,000/- can be availed from this Offer.
6. This Offer is applicable only on Duty-Free purchases made at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai (“CSMIA”) for all the international passengers subject to certain exceptions.
7. This Offer is only applicable for customers who have signed up on Adani OneApp website, or mobile site or app (IOS or Android).
8. Participation in this Offer is voluntary and by participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of this Offer by you, we reserves the right to deny the Offer.
10. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Adani OneApp platform.

Adani Digital Labs Pvt Ltd/ADL/Adani OneApp reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
12. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
13. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to this Offer shall be final.
14. ADL reserves the rights to discontinue this Offer at any time without prior notice.
15. By opting for this Offer, you expressly agree that neither ADL/Adani OneApp nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
16. Adani OneApp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
17. Any dispute or claim regarding this Offer must be resolved with us directly, and customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy.
18. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
19. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this Offer.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram.
