Yes, there are designated pick-up points for both parking and valet services at Ahmedabad Airport. For car parking, it is available at kerbside in the arrival area of the airport.
For valet parking, your pick-up and drop-off conveniently facilitated at the departure lane.

Following are the steps for booking a car parking on Adani One:

Step 1: Enter your details
Enter essential details, choose a suitable package, and book your parking package.

Step 2: Pay & get the QR Code
Make a secure payment for parking or valet service to get a unique QR code or Booking ID, which will serve as your ticket.

Step 3:  Scan the QR Code or Booking details at the counter

• For car parking - Scan the QR code at the parking entry.
• For valet parking - Upon arrival, show your booking details to the valet representative, to avail the parking service.

 

If you cancel your booking at least 4 hours before the entry time, you will receive a 100% refund. However, there will be no refund if you cancel within 4 hours from entry time.

Click the cancel button on the 'My Booking' page to cancel your booking. You will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation. Choose the appropriate reason and click submit. Your cancellation process will be complete.

Once the cancellation is processed, you can easily view the refund amount by clicking on the ‘Total refund amount’ option found within the Order and Booking section.

Yes. You get 30 minutes before and after your entry and exit time for car parking.
Note - For valet parking you won’t get any buffer time.
