Terms and Conditions

1. Users shall be entitled to a flat discount of ₹500/- on liquor products upon making a qualifying purchase of beauty products with a minimum transaction value of ₹3,000/- at designated duty-free outlets using Adani OneApp platform.
2. This promotional offer is available to all users and is applicable exclusively to purchases made under the Duty-Free category.
3. The offer shall be valid only on transactions where the shopping cart includes products classified under both Beauty and Liquor categories.
4. To redeem the offer, users must apply the designated coupon code: UNLOCK500 at the time of checkout.
5. The offer is valid for a limited period and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL”) without prior notice.
6. 7. The offer is available only to users who have registered on the Adani OneApp website, mobile site, or mobile application. It cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or offers available on the Adani OneApp platform.
8. These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the general terms of use and privacy policy of the Adani OneApp platform.
9. By availing the offer, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and those governing the use of the Adani OneApp platform.
10. In the event of any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity associated with the offer, ADL reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or deny the benefit of the offer without liability.
11. ADL reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, amend, replace, or withdraw the offer, in whole or in part, or to introduce a substitute offer.
12. The offer is non-cashable, non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-extendable under any circumstances.
13. ADL’s decision regarding all matters related to the offer shall be final and binding.
14. By participating in the offer, users expressly agree that ADL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the discount, including any acts or omissions by the user. ADL shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall ADL’s total liability exceed INR 500/–, being the maximum value of the discount offered.

16. ADL shall have the exclusive authority to interpret these terms and conditions.
17. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
18. ADL shall not be responsible for any injury, harm, or adverse effects resulting from the use or consumption of duty-free products purchased under this offer.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or tribunals located in Gurugram, Haryana.
