Terms and Conditions

1. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions of the Adani One Platform.
2. The base earn percentage of Adani Reward Points for pre-booking order of Cab service is 1%.
3. Adani Reward Points will be credited to the Adani Rewards Membership Account subject to successfully availing of the Cab Service.
4. Adani Reward Points accrued through transactions shall be credited to the Adani Rewards Membership Account of the Adani Reward Member of the within 7 working days from the date of successfully availing of the Cab Service.
5. Adani Reward Points will be calculated on the net paid amount only.
6. If an Adani Reward Members earns Adani Reward Points in decimal value, the Adani Reward Points will be brought down to the floor value. Example: Final earnings of the user are 27.5 Adani Reward Points; the user will only get 27 Adni Reward Points.
7. Adani Reward Points will be credited back to the Adani Rewards Membership Account in case the Adani Rewards Member decides to cancel the booking acquired by using Adani Reward Points as per the refund policy; refer Adani Reward T&Cs for details.
8. We reserve the right to add/alter/change/ or vary at any time, without notice, any or all of these terms and conditions or to replace, entirely or in part, the offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether. We also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reason and / or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
9. In case of all matters relating to the offer, including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer, ADL decision shall be final and binding in all respects and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
10. We do not endorse any of the services/products being offered under the offer.
11. Images used in all the promotions or communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only and we shall not be liable/responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
12. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer must be resolved per our grievance policy.
