Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is that the user will get Flat ₹150 discount on all F&B outlets on the Adani OneApp on a minimum transaction value of ₹300.
2. The offer is applicable on all F&B orders placed on the Adani One app only.
3. The offer is applicable once per user.
4. The offer is applicable once per transaction.
5. The promo offer campaign is valid till 15th May, 2026; 23:59 hours.
6. In case of partial/full order cancellation on the transaction, Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply as per the standard cancellation policy of Adani One (as specified on the Adani One website).
7. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions or offers on the transaction.
8. If there are any modifications to the order, the customer must bear the fare difference, regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or tax surcharge, and other cancellation fees.
9. Adani One reserves the right to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part and to withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion. Adani One can do so at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making orders for their customers with this offer. Adani One reserves the right to deny and cancel such orders. Adani One shall not refund the order amount in such cases.
11. Adani One is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
12. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
13. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the user, Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the order.
14. In no event shall the entire liability of Adani One under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
15. Adani One shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
16. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice on AdaniOne.com, to which you agree by using it, and in addition to the conditions applicable to this order. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
17. By opting for this offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
18. The offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
19. All orders are subject to availability.
20. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer on adanione.com.
21. The product and services offered by Adani One are governed by the terms of use prescribed on its site adanione.com and as amended from time to time.
