Terms and Conditions

1. Offers under Summer Carnival are valid only for airports at Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram.
2. AAHL and/ or the Airport Operator shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to the offers available to the Users during Summer Carnival.
3. While AAHL shall attempt to cover in detail the description of the offers under Summer Carnival however, AAHL does not warrant that such description is complete and accurate, and it may be subject to further terms and conditions of the Concessionaire.
4. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to the terms and conditions of the Concessionaire’s underlying offers. In case of any conflict therein the terms and conditions of the Concessionaire shall prevail.
5. AAHL does not warrant in any manner the product description, colour, information or other content related to any offer to be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The product pictures as displayed under Summer Carnival campaign are indicative and may not match the actual product.
6. AAHL reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time (including after an order has been placed at Concessionaire’s counter) without prior notice. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.
7. Any recommendation made to the Users for the Duration of the Summer Carnival is purely for informational purposes and for User’s convenience and does not amount to endorsement of the product or services by AAHL and/ or the Airport Operator or any of its affiliates, associates in any manner.
8. Cancellation, return or refund in respect of any product or services availed from the Concessionaire under Summer Carnival offers shall be subject to the cancellation, return and refunds policy of the respective Concessionaire.
9. Summer Carnival is only valid for the Duration and AAHL reserves the right to cancel or suspend Summer Carnival at any time, without assigning any reasons thereof and without any liability.
10. Concessionaires reserves the right to withdraw from Summer Carnival at any stage. In any such event, the offer pertaining to such Concessionaire may not be available to the User and AAHL or the Airport Operator shall not be subject to any liability in this regard.
11. Users can avail the applicable offers from participating Concessionaires under Summer Carnival at any time for the Duration.
12. User participation in Summer Carnival is free of charge and voluntary.
13. Offers under Summer Carnival cannot be combined with one another or with any other discounts, and especially with individual discounts, unless otherwise provided by the respective Concessionaire.
14. Participation in Summer Carnival is a confirmation that User has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
