Lengpui Airport (IATA: AJL) is a domestic airport located about 32 km from Aizawl, Mizoram. It has daily flights to Guwahati and Kolkata and three weekly flights to Imphal. The first big airport developed by the State Government of Manipur, Lengpui Airport, was completed within two years. The airport now has a Cat-I Instrument Landing System that will assist aeroplanes in touching down in circumstances of poor visibility.
