Pune Airport (IATA: PNQ) is located 10 km from the city centre, in Lohegaon. It was established as a Royal Air Force (RAF) base in 1939. Located 32 km northwest of the city of Aizawl, Lengpui Airport (IATA: AJQ) is built and managed by the state government.
