Bhopal Airport, officially known as the Raja Bhoj Airport (IATA: BHO), is located in Gandhi Nagar, approximately 15 km from the city centre. It is Madhya Pradesh's second-busiest airport in Madhya Pradesh in terms of aircraft flow and passenger traffic. It is named after the Paramara ruler of the 10th century, Raja Bhoj. The airport has only one terminal that serves both domestic and international flights. This terminal has around 14 check-in and 10 immigration counters.


The airport provides complimentary luggage trolleys and wheelchairs for the elderly and the physically challenged.
