I have been at this property atleast 3 times, it use to be my go to place if i viait bhimtal, but this time i was highly disappointed. Service was pathetic. For a cup of coffee it takes them 50 min to serve and then u get to taste a most pathetic coffee as they dont have chef and the coffee was made by a captain. Rooms were not even dusted properly, they were stinking badly, bedsheets were not clean. Bathrooms were equally stinking bad. Food quality was pathetic. I ordered chicken platter, most of the item were uncooked, rice that was served were undercooked. Every time when complained they have an excuse that we have inly one chef. Were under staffed. Its not the fault of the guest if the management is not hiring staff. Were pay for the services not for dirty stinking rooms or excuses for everything. Highly disappointed. !!!

Absolutely pathetic service. None of the people are trained there. The place is amazing when you look at it but the water kettle had a cocoroach in it, the room sheets were dirty. The bathroom was clean but the service was an absolute disaster. The only good thing was the live pool side music and the singer Unhygienic sheets..it had someone's hair and the room kettle was broken and had a small cocoroach in it.
