Housekeeping is often an underrated aspect of a hotel stay, but not at this establishment. The housekeeping staff maintained the rooms and common areas with utmost precision and care. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect of the property. It's clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a pristine and inviting environment for guests The staff at this establishment were a true highlight of my stay. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request or inquiry were truly remarkable. The courtesy and genuine warmth of the staff made me feel like a valued guest, and it was a refreshing change from the usual hospitality standards. See you soon Mr Vipin , Ketan ,Ajay and TEAM If you're planning a trip to Gangtok, I wholeheartedly recommend considering this place for your stay. It's a perfect choice for those seeking a classic and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Albeit a night, it was the most welcoming experience ever. The hotel is immersed in art and art forms and the hospitality is a 10/10. Truly scrumptious Mom's dal khichdi & mattar paneer was a weary travelers delight. My daughter, wife and I had a very memorable time here and owners made us feel totally at home. Thanks a ton to all the staff and management for this wonderful experience!

This is going to be a bit of a long review but if anyone is interested in staying at this place, please read closely. We had booked Amritara Hidden land Gangtok for 4 days in November at the rate of 9800 inclusive of GST. I tried my level best to convince the booking manager who was helping me book that I felt this rate was too high since it was off season and also tourism had decreased due to the Teesta tragedy. They did not budge and I booked at this rate. When I came to the hotel, I saw the the rate had dropped by over half to something about 4.5k. When I approached the management about this, they refused to bother about this. In fact I had a customer support lady ask me that if the price had gone up, if I would pay more. I had payed about 16k as advance and about 26k was pending. I told them that I would then check out the next day and pay the amount for the days I stayed there, as the prices did not make any sense. I was then forced to pay the total amount because they would not cancel it and they said that even if I don’t continue there, I am required to pay for the additional days at this inflated price. They even went ahead and manually increased the prices online which did not make sense as hotels like Mayfair and Denzong which hosted the G20 summit were now the same price. This place cannot compete with either of those in any way. The management of Amritara is very money minded and hospitality has taken a backseat. I would recommend everyone who is planning to stay here to seriously reconsider. If you decide to stay here, remember that you will be in an unknown town with the place that you’re staying at will be trying to extract every penny from you. Not recommended and one of the most disturbing situations I’ve come across in the hospitality sector.

Recently visited Amritara Hidden Land Gangtok with my family, as it was difficult to choose the perfect dining outlet in gangtok as per our palate, hence we choose the Amritara Hidden Land , it was an amazing experience. Their specialty of North India and Continental is well known in the region. This is the only outlet i have seen with the perfect spices and mouth watering flavors. Restaurant menu have a wide range of starters , mains and nice desserts, strongly recommended place for those who love to have the best north indian food in Gangtok. Love to visit again with family.

We stayed here 3 days and 2 nights during October 25th to 27th. The Staff were so friendly and always greeting with smile and helping us on the stuff. They went above and beyond to serve the guests and make their trip memorable. Breakfast was awesome and served well Neat clean and tasty. Rooms were fantastic and designed in Tibetan style. We stayed in a Vajra suite where room was spacious and well designed for a family. Priyankar, Ajay, Aditya, Vipin and the team went above and beyond on the service from welcoming to biding adeu to us while leaving. Priyankar was always greeting us with smile and had utmost patience to handle my son's demands. My son simply loved the place. Their Lobby is well decorated with collectibles and Books that are rare to find. They even have some books infront of the room so if anyone interested could read. If you are Planning to Stay in Gangtok and want to have a memorable stay during your trip then have Amritara Hidden Land at the top of your list.
