Very near to Ashram, but the staff was very arrogant. We reached the hotel at 11,but they were demanding extra amount that also advance payment for one hour early check in. wifi also not working, over all very bad experience

Hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had my arrival at 2 AM , staff arranged transport for us from railway station. To my surprise room was ready too. Thanks you once again.

Rooms are good, location near to prashanti nilayam, but staff is very rude. Completely money minded. They will charge for every thing. Timings of the hotel are from 11 am to 12 pm. If you check in early you have to pay extra same for late check out also. Paying extra money is not a problem but make sure that they tell you correct amount for check-in and check-out. I had a bad experience with the manager, he told me 300 for late check-out, but when I discussed this with another manager who came for afternoon shift he was so rude and he asked me to pay 800. When I called the morning shift manager he also lied. Basically they tried to prove customer wrong. Then I walked into prashanti nilayam and I got decent dormitory for 40 rupees. People for short stay can try this.

I have been dining in Hotel Aum for past 4 years now, and I still like the way they have maintained the taste for especially South Indian dishes and few other items on the menu. Recently I ordered their bhindi fry which happened to come as bhindi masala instead. The tastes was good but the way they served it earlier and they way they serve now is totally different. Despite being specific about what I want, they served me what they prepared and have. So that alone was a Debbie downer.
