First of all a huge thanks to Mr. John for his personal touch in ensuring that our family group of 14 guests were comfortable at any given point in time. Buffet Breakfast and dinner had a good spread. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and super clean. Staff were attentive and proactive at all times. They obliged us with a drop at the train station at 0300 AM in the morning. Location was absolutely central. Would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to visit again. Many thanks once again

I booked a room with double bed for our foreigner guest to stay during a business trip. I requested twice that they send me the bill and not the guest and still the guest had to call me twice that they were hassling him for the payment. Also they gave a single bed when I booked a studio room with double bed. Requested manager to call me and he didn't. Not going to use this hotel again for our guests to stay. They are not equipped to handle simple requests and do not know how to run a hotel properly.

Nice place very old but we'll maintained. Rooms are very spacious we'll maintained & clean. Location slightly inside main road. Service could have been better and faster. Food quality don't expect much but not bad at all. It's 100% no smoking property so if you smoker kindly keep in mind while booking this place

Our stay from 29 Dec 23 to 1st Jan was good, but the biggest disappointment was lack of hot water for a shower, despite repeated requests, the situation was not resolved! Also we arranged a trip through the hotel for the trip to visit shardar vallabhai statue which we were informed was 3000 rupees but we we're charged 4500 rupees at the time of checkout. Close customer service is required.
