Sharing this review after residing in hotel for 6 days. It was a Great Experience. Had a truly South Indian taste in food. Room service was a quick one. Rooms are also bigger size and most importantly It is located just behind Birla Temple and Secretariat of Telangana. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Overall experience was fantastic. For commuting, Metro station is at the entrance gate only.

Hotel exterior and interior was really good. Also the location serves as a central point for the visitors to cover all the sightseeing places. Buffet breakfast was good with many vegetarian options too. Reception Manager Ajith was approachable and understanding. Only flip side is water gets clogged in the restroom and closet which should be improved.

The service is good. Hospitable staff. I had an issue with the mattress on the first day (3 night stay). Upon informing the hotel staff, I was promptly shown two more rooms to choose from. The restaurant 'Rasa' is very good. Loved the quality of food. Mr Nayak from the lobby and others were very helpful in guiding us with places to visit, etc. The only thing is you might have to look carefully to locate the hotel. The board on the main road can be a bit larger in size. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very comfortable, clean hotel with extremely helpful, courteous and friendly staff throughout our 3 night stay. Fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. Loved trying all the different freshly made breads especially the samosas. Eggs cooked to order too. Various attractions walkable or short tuctuc ride away. Walking distance to choice of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this hotel.
