Worst rooms. You will find cockroaches on the beds. Very Unhygienic. Even after complaining the staff, they will say that we are helpless. Video is added for your reference. No rooms service. If you book hotel for two, they will provide only one towel and say that they cannot provide additional towel. These people are typical commercial and don't care about the customers. They just want the money. AC is turned off continuously. Bathroom is also not clean, water leakage from the tap. This room is idle only for someone who is traveling alone and just wants a stay in 1000, but still would not recommend as the staff is rude. Also, do not book this hotel online (cleartrip) , staff say that they don't receive money if we book it online and will not allocate you the room.

This is the third class worst hotel, I saw in my life, not even for 1 rating, if it is allowed then will rate this is most negative rating. I booked two rooms, both were more dirtiest than even gutter, rooms walls are filled with paan peek, bedsheets were like some one has littered some dirty things, hotel management is even more worst than some third class person. I saw hotel register where we need to fill out our details, and that was actually proper Oyo rooms type where only local people come out for there personal use. I recommend don't go with their reviews, it seems they all are fake. I never recommend anyone to stay or book this hotel.

The srujana hotel is near to nampally railway station. The location is convenient but there is problem if you book hotel online they will charge you extra amount. Otherwise they will tell to cancel your booking to do offline booking which is costlier for you. Hotel is bit costlier as per room condition.

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. They said hot water will come from 7am to 1pm. But after 7am also normal water comes from the hot water tap. We emptied 6 buckets of water still no use. TV not working. Ac not working. Intercom phone not working. No proper response from management. Given one towel for two people. Only providing soaps. No shampoo. The worst experience. Never ever prefer this hotel. The price for these kinds of facilities is too high. 1340/- we paid for one night stay.

The room condition was not good. When we entered hotel, in reception, they starting telling that why you guys book from Oyo, they provide rooms for very less prices and we will be under loses. Then they charged extra 300rs since we arrived 3 hours before check-in time. However, we booked one day extra. -(Negative) AC was not working and Hot water was not coming till 8:30 AM. -(Negative) Room Service was pathetic, no-intercom, after going to reception and personally informing them, the issues were not addressed. +(Positive) Only location was good, Metro station Nampally is nearby. Bus pickup for Ramoji Film city is also nearby to this hotel. One of the worst hotel I have seen.
