Muddy water in Bathroom in this hotel. The maintenance person said Bore water is supplied to rooms without any filtration or RO treatment. Very bad taste food. Hotel can't deny it. I have posted pictures of the room I stayed. Room no. 1008 Please don't stay in this hotel. Don't waste your money.

Nice , decents and spacious rooms. Near to the center. Food was okay. Nice views from the Balcony. Cold brezze from the balcony in the morning.

The Place was Amazing , the view from the Room was Absolutely Beautiful. The Hospitality was like Home. Very Good Services provided in this Resort. Polite Staff , Happy Place to Enjoy with Family.

We had a three day stay at cliff view resort at yercaud. We had a very pleasant stay and the staff service was good. Food was also good. We had only breakfast which was complementary during our stay. We had a beautiful cliff view from our room balcony. The first morning wake up view is the gorgeous hills, cliff and Salem city way down. Mr. Vilayath Hussain the general manager took special care of us which we were impressed with. Overall great stay, good food, good hospitality and service with very clean rooms. Perfect destination for family with child/infant, couples(even for honeymoon), old age people and practically all people. Perfect 5 stars for Cliff view resorts.

This review is based on my stay at the ground floor. Things I liked: 1. Located at a decent distance from lake. 2. Rooms were maintained neat and clean. 3. They do room deliver food if requested. 4. The view from their restaurant is great and works for some casual photoshoots. Its ironic that "Valley view" rooms dont have a valley view but the restaurant has a similar one. Things that I disliked: 1. Poor wifi connection speeds and coverage. Atleast for Jio and BSNL users, the mobile signal strength is almost nil. So one must be dependent on wifi for proper connectivity. 2. "Valley view" rooms in ground floor don't justify their name. All one can see is just some trees littered with some garbage around. 3. Over expensive foods (buffet type, unlimited, ₹ 250+tax per head) at a sub-par taste. I won't recommend eating here. 4. Had to remind the staff about food delivery for over 4 times.
