Rooms need to improve since hotel is 70years old. Need lot of improvement as per current culture and basic needs. 1st day they gave room shower was not their and external weather transferred to inside due to window not closing properly and next day they transferred another in that bed was small also they combined child single, it was uncomfortable and result I lost my sleep. Balance everything fine

Ambience is good. Food is pathetic not up to the price paid. The room interior is good but the property is not maintained properly. Bit very old resort.

The campus is good. Room service was good and fast. Reception is poor (looks like a trainee). The room design is very good but poor maintenance. They were built many many years ago, and looks like they didn't want to spend money in maintaining the room (lots of seepage). The room charges are high (my previous night stay at TTDC was worth the money). Morning breakfast was good. Wifi range is poor.

My recent stay at the Shevaroys Hotel was, unfortunately, a highly disappointing experience. The customer service at this establishment was severely lacking, with employees demonstrating poor communication skills and a lack of professionalism. This was particularly evident upon our arrival after a long day of travel with a small child. We were made to wait for an extended period before being assigned to a room, which turned out to be the wrong one. To make matters worse, we were abruptly asked to move to another room in the middle of the night. The pricing at Shevaroys is another area of concern. The cost of staying here definitely does not equate to the value received, making it an overpriced option. This extends to their in-house restaurant, Silver Oak, which is also overpriced with only average tasting food. A significant inconvenience was the lack of basic amenities. During our stay, we found that there was no Wi-Fi available, and the television did not function properly. In summary, my experience at Shevaroys Hotel was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor customer service, high prices, and lack of basic amenities led to a rather pathetic overall experience. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children or anyone seeking a hassle-free, comfortable stay.
