We had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holidays. Even though there were a lot of guest the staff ensured everyone is treated well. Responded well to our request to change the bed sheets. Activity in the resort were also very entertaining and instructors ensured we understood well. One of the reason why we chose this is for the availability of EV charger. Apart from frequent power cuts and need to restart charging each time. There was no problem with charging. Hope they get more chargers and few fast chargers in near future. Last but not the least, it was one of the best breakfast buffet I ever had. The variety and the taste is unmatched.

The location is too good. Staff is friendly. A few things that can be improved are: 1. There’s too much noise from the corridors and neighbouring balconies even when you shut your doors. 2. Wifi hardly worked during our entire stay. 3. The food is good, but not worth the price that’s charged. It can be much much better and the quantity is average for the price they charge. 4. Please don’t call the guests and promote your spa when they are relaxing in the rooms. These marketing activities should be done at the reception or when you meet the guests outside of their rooms. Overall, we had a good stay. This property has amazing potential if they make adequate changes based on genuine customer feedback.

The stay was pleasant and the location convenient. Situated on the hill top it has beautiful view of both the valley and the city mountain side. Hotel is spread over a wide area and has all the amenities required for family to have a pleasant stay. Children activities both outdoor and indoor and child friendly services. Due to understaffed the services are delayed, but the staffs are very courteous and well behaved. The price during the off seasons are reasonable but during the peak season it is not justified.
