The room and the amenities are very good. Cleanliness and the staff behavior is one of the very best that I have seen. Very helpful. Only thing that can be improved is the quantity and the taste of food. As one is paying a premium amount for food, it is expected to be very good but sadly it leaves a lot to be desired.

We went their for Buffet Breakfast unfortunately it was much below a 5star experience, I guess they need to hire better quality Managers who can maintain Marriott standards , it might be good for the Locals but its average for Foreign travellers. BTW it's the best that you can get in Siliguri so must visit we did not stay in the Room so can't comment. View , parking, staff is good all they need is better management. Will surely come back .

It is a very good place to stay alone or with family. Very professional behaviour from all the staffs. Located perfectly at the heart of Siliguri. I had stayed multiple times here, also visited with family. They pampered kids a lot .
